Join our team to lead and grow a dynamic middle school, high school, and college-age ministry at Christ Church. You’ll create engaging programs that introduce students to Christ, nurture their faith, and guide them toward spiritual maturity.

• Oversee Sunday night Impact Youth Group
• Recruit and develop volunteers
• Collaborate with the Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) team to implement Faith Steps

A passionate Christ-follower with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, you’ll be a visionary and a team player committed to Christ Church’s mission and values. Experience in youth ministry and a related degree preferred.
