Rise and Shine
Gather with the Christ Church family and our greater Christian community at Rise and Shine for a FREE afternoon of faith, music, and community at FoxYard. Doors open at 4:30pm with Life Church Music at 5:30pm and Danny Gokey at 7:00pm.
Rise and Shine is a free event open to the public, and you’re invited to bring your own folding chairs and settle in for an unforgettable evening of music and worship. Delicious food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site from FoxTown. One sealed water bottle is allowed per person. Other carry-ins are not permitted
There are opportunities to serve during the event, as well! Christ Church is blessed to be able to support this incredible community event in a variety of ways again this year. Please mention you’re with Christ Church when you sign up.

As of 2025, Rise and Shine has become its own nonprofit organization: Rise and Shine Music Series, Inc. Their mission is to bring friends and families together through a shared joy of Christian music for an uplifting and inspiring community experience.
This year, they’re thrilled to welcome you to their new location—nestled in the heart of Mequon and Thiensville’s City Center—at the FoxYard at Foxtown Station. More than just a concert, Rise and Shine is a vibrant celebration of faith, fellowship, and the transformative power of music.
